Barb Lester’s Chicken Pot Pie


Mix together in large baking dish:

1 can of peas, drained

3 cans of Vegall, drained

1 can of cream of potato soup

1 can of cream of chicken soup

I can cream of celery soup

4 cups chopped chicken breast

1 cup chicken broth


In a separate bowl, mix together:

1 ½ c. self-rising flour

1 ½ c. milk

1 ½ sticks melted butter

Spread this mixture on top of chicken & veggie mixture in pan.


Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

1 block of cream cheese

1 cup red pepper jelly 

Crackers for serving (we used Ritz at Thanksgiving)
